Within this package, I will handle all
elements of the event, inclusive of the
below listings. Of course, all items will be
routed for approval before proceeding.

 

PRE-EVENT

  • Consultations available via phone, email and in person
  • Assistance with setting a budget and keeping to set budget
  • Assistance with developing an overall theme, design and décor for the event
  • Provide venue options and estimates
  • If not stipulated by venue, provide applicable vendor suggestions (e.g., catering, furniture rental, photographer, floral, audio visual, calligrapher, and etc.)
  • Act as a liaison for contract negotiations with venue(s) and vendor(s)
  • Act as the general contact on behalf of client for venue(s) and vendor(s)
  • Outline and manage deadlines for third-party deposits and payments to be paid by client
  • Create an event timeline with actionable items and key dates
  • Assist with Save The Date and Invitation verbiage and suggest artists to design the creative, and print if needed
  • Transportation coordination
  • Guest list management
  • Rehearsals, if applicable
  • Help develop a detailed floor plan
  • Provide Time + Action, Run of Show (T), Shot List and Contact Sheet
  • Review Time + Action, Run of Show (T) and Shot List with applicable vendors before event

ON-SITE

  • Manage and coordinate event set-up and breakdown
  • Full onsite assistance during the event
  • Settle finances with the restaurant or venue and vendors - payment information provided in advance by client
